The ROSHN marketing team wanted to provide prospective buyers with a way to explore the Warefa community in a realistic and immersive manner. This included experiencing the community's jogging paths, parks, cycling routes, and pedestrian walkways, as well as the design and finishes of the units. The goal was to help buyers make faster, more informed purchase decisions with confidence in the quality and integrated lifestyle Warefa offers.

Project Description

Warefa is an up-and-coming community in East Riyadh, offering a serene lifestyle enriched with vibrant spaces, open parks, and an active infrastructure. With amenities like jogging paths, cycling routes, and pedestrian walkways, Warefa promotes a healthy, active, and eco-conscious lifestyle while being just steps away from essential services and Riyadh's arterial roads.

To help ROSHN showcase Warefa’s future life, Virtuelle developed an immersive Virtual Reality experience using Unreal Engine 5. Prospective buyers and sales advisors could explore Warefa’s amenities, parks, and walkable pathways in lifelike detail. The VR experience also allowed users to enter the units, visualize material finishes, and gain a true sense of layout, design, and measurements.

The real-time 3D experience featured dynamic environmental elements like sunlight transitions, natural landscaping, and spatial audio, creating an engaging and realistic tour of the community. This innovative approach helped buyers understand not just the properties but the quality of life Warefa offers, ultimately accelerating informed purchase decisions and building trust in the project.
