As part of their contribution to Vision 2030, ROSHN is launching various integrated communities around Saudi Arabia. To support sales and marketing efforts, they have launched a mobile sales center–a first for the MENA region during Cityscape Global 2024.
Working with experiential marketing experts Meraki & Beyond, We supported the vision for this truck with VR experiences for various communities, as well as content for the on-board immersive room.
The VR experience allowed prospective buyers and sales advisors to explore a snapshot of the full masterplan. Users could choose to explore the communities either in VR or via a gamepad. In the experience, they could freely walk various streets and visualise exterior designs, enter various units, and communal areas.
This real-time VR experience, built using Unreal Engine 5, featured lifelike interactive elements such as moving vegetation, birds, and spatial audio, as well as 3D and 4D NPCs populating the community.
