Project Description

The Watercrest is Ellington Properties' latest off-plan development, comprising luxury villas and townhouses in Dubai. To assist in early sales, Virtuelle created an immersive virtual reality experience that allowed prospective buyers and sales advisors to explore the full masterplan, including exterior designs, interior layouts, and communal areas. This real-time VR experience, built using Unreal Engine 5, featured lifelike interactive elements such as moving water, wind, birds, and spatial audio.

One of the key innovations was the integration of real-time lighting in a VR experience with a sun slider, allowing users to view the property at different times of day for the exact position of the sun compared to the plot of land. The experience also included engaging gamification elements like a pool swan ride, making the exploration enjoyable while maintaining focus on vital details like measurements, textures, and ceiling heights.
